Area of City Impact

The State requires that Cities and Counties work together to negotiate the zoning and regulating codes for the Area of City Impact. This land is outside the City limits but development in these areas can greatly impact the City's ability to annex and grow in an orderly manner.

The City of Victor and Teton County have been working together for several years to plan for this code and map update to the Victor Area of Impact. Below there will be links to prior meetings and documents about the process.
