The Urban Renewal Agency for the city of Victor as created by Resolution No. 10-1201 of the City Council of the city of Victor, Idaho, adopted December 1, 2010, pursuant to the provisions of the Idaho Urban Renewal Law of 1965 (title 50, chapter 20, Idaho Code) shall be known as the “Victor Urban Renewal Agency.” On September 10, 2014, the Mayor appointed and the City Council approved 5 commissioners to serve as the initial members of the Board.

The Victor Urban Renewal Agency holds regular meetings at 9:30 a.m. on the first Monday of the month. Meetings are held in the Council Chambers at Victor City Hall, 138 N. Main Street, Suite 201

The Victor Urban Renewal Agency (VURA) complies with the Idaho Public Records Act (Idaho Code Title 74, Chapter 1) regarding appropriate time limitations for public records requests. By law, information gained through this request cannot be used for the purpose of compiling a mailing list or telephone list without obtaining permissions from each individual. All requests to copy or examine public records must be made in writing. Please fill out this form completely. Failure to include all required information requested herein may result in your request being denied pursuant to I.C. § 74-102(4).
Fees for public records requests are governed by Idaho Code § 74-102.
Under Idaho law:
The first two (2) hours of labor to locate and copy records are generally provided at no charge.
After the first two hours, a fee may be charged for staff time based on the hourly rate of the lowest-paid qualified employee.
Copying costs may also be charged (e.g., per page for paper copies).
Additional fees may apply for extensive requests, redactions, or use of specialized personnel or equipment.
If fees are expected, you will be notified in advance. Payment must be made in full prior to release of records. If the actual costs are less than expected, you will receive a refund of the difference.
