PUBLIC HEARING TOPICS: LU2025-03 Code Text Amendment
APPLICANT: Teton Valley Resort
PUBLIC HEARING SUMMARY: The council will hold a public hearing to consider a code text amendment of Section 10.9.13 of the LDC regarding Accessory Restaurants. The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to recommend approval of the proposal.
The Council is the decision maker for this application.
