PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Victor City Council will hold a public hearing at 138 N Main, Suite 201, Victor, Idaho, on Thursday November 13, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the following:
Public Hearing: LU2025-10 – Annexation/Rezone – South of 7000S between 500W & 1000W - City of Victor/Evans
City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a joint application for ANNEXATION of an 80-acre parcel located south of 7000S between 1000W and 500W, Victor, Idaho identified by parcel number: RP03N45E022400 and requesting REZONING of CIV Civic and Institutional on the western 40 acres and RS-16 Residential Single Family on the eastern 40 acres. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the annexation and recommend CIV and RC zoning. The Council is the decisionmaker for this application.
Public Hearing: LU2025-12 – Rezoning to CX – 7895 HWY 33 – Peak Property Ventures LLC
City Council will hold a public hearing to consider a rezone map amendment to the CX-Commercial Mixed Use Zoning District at 7895 HWY 33, Victor, Idaho. The property is currently zoned CC-Commercial Corridor and RM-2 Residential Multi Family containing 8.37 acres, identified by parcel numbers: RPB3N45E028441, RPB3N45E028420, and RPB3N45E028435. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of application. The Council is the decisionmaker for this application.
The public is invited to attend and testify regarding the proposed action or written comment may also be submitted to the City. Please contact the City with any questions regarding the hearing or to request communication aids, services, or other accommodations to participate. The Council is the decisionmaker for all of these applications.
