Victor Downtwon Revitalization RFP

The City of Victor, Idaho, is currently seeking proposals from qualified professional planning and design firms to develop a comprehensive Downtown Revitalization Plan.

This project will serve as the strategic foundation for an upcoming Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application to the Idaho Department of Commerce. We are seeking a consultant to help us envision actionable improvements to our commercial core, focusing on pedestrian safety, ADA accessibility, streetscape aesthetics, and public parking.

Project Highlights & Timeline:

• Anticipated Budget: $40,000 to $50,000.
• Core Scope: Infrastructure inventory, robust public engagement, design concept development, and CDBG-ready implementation strategies.
• Questions Deadline: Monday, November 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM MST.
• Submission Deadline: Monday, November 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM MST.
