Victor City Council, City of Victor, Idaho

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the Victor City Council meeting on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at 138 N Main, Suite 201, Victor, Idaho, Council will discuss the following:

SD2026-11 - Condo Plat – 9033 Old Jackson Hwy - Forever West Estates, LLC

Council will consider and take action on an application for Condominiumization to create 4 separate for sale units located at 9033 Old Jackson Hwy, Victor Idaho identified by RPB0027202A010. The property is zoned  CX Commercial Mixed Use

SD2026-12 - Final Plat - Evergreen Subdivision – Cliffrose Management LLC

Council will consider and take action on an application for final plat of a 38 lot Subdivision located at 8460 S 1000 W Victor Idaho identified by RPB3N45E102200. The property is zoned RS-5.

Both applications are action items and no public comment will be taken.
