City Council Meetings are held on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:00 P.M. at City Hall, located at 138 N Main Street, Suite 201, Victor, ID 83455. The agenda will be posted below. Instructions on how to watch the meeting remotely or to submit a public comment are below. Public Notices for all public hearings are ahead of the meeting agendas.

IV. Community Input- No Action (This time is reserved for public comment on matters within the City’s jurisdiction that are not listed elsewhere on tonight’s agenda. Public comment on public hearings or agenda items will be taken during those portions of the meeting unless otherwise indicated. Comments are limited to three minutes per speaker. The purpose of these guidelines is to make City Council meetings more welcoming, fair, orderly, and productive while protecting the Council's ability to conduct City business and preserve the public’s right to criticize government. Please focus on City business; to protect employee privacy, due process, and the City’s ability to respond appropriately, comments about the conduct, performance, or discipline of individual City employees should be submitted to the mayor, city administrator, human resources contact, or legal counsel outside the public meeting. This guideline does not prevent public criticism of City operations, policies, or official actions. The presiding officer may interrupt, warn, or end a speaker’s comment or further Community Input if speakers exceed the time limit, prevent the meeting from continuing, refuse to address the Council as a body, interrupt others, make threats, or otherwise disrupt the orderly conduct of the meeting. Clapping, cheering, or other out-of-order disruptions are not allowed).
