Wastewater Treatment Facility! 

The City of Victor invites community members to tour the Garland City Wastewater Treatment Plant on Friday, December 5 — an innovative facility designed by Sunrise Engineering, the same firm leading design and construction oversight for Victor’s proposed new plant. Space is limited! Please RSVP by Friday, November 29 using the Google Form to help us ensure we have adequate transportation and seating for all attendees.
