1. Approval of Minutes from June 13, 2024 (Action Item)
2. Public Hearing: SP2024-04 – Plat Amendment – Alpine Meadows – DMD LLC (Action Item)
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider a plat amendment to create 8 townhome lots.

3. Public Hearing: SP2024-05 – Short Plat – Mountainside Village – Sweet Hollow Farms (Action Item)
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider a short plat to create 2 parcels.
4. Public Hearing: LU2024-02 – Code Amendment Land Development Code Articles 2, 8, and 12
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider a code amendment to the land development code articles 2, 8, and 12 for the purpose of providing additional clarification based on prior interpretation.

- Victor City Hall located at 138 N Main Street, Suite 201, Victor, ID will be open to the public during the meeting, and public comments may be made in person.
Ways to listen:
- Planning and Zoning Commission meetings will be live-streamed through zoom . Active online-participation during the meeting will be limited to prescheduled visitors and presenters.
