A. Approval of Minutes from January 22, 2026 (Action Item)
B. Continued Item: Public Hearing: SD2025-16 – Short Plat & LU2025-17 – Rezoning to RM2 and CX – Northwest corner of Baseline Road and HWY 33 – East Idaho Holdings LLC (Action Item)
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider applications for rezoning to RM2 and CX, and a short plat to create a 4-lot subdivision on 7.42-acre parcel located at the northwest corner of Baseline Road and Highway 33, Victor, Idaho identified by parcel number RP03N45E140011. The property is zoned RC Residential Cluster. The commission is the recommending body on this application.
C. Public Hearing: LU2025-13 Rezone, LU2025-14 Conditional Use Permit, and SD2025-12 Concept Plan – 545 Cemetery Road – Sweet Hollow Farm LLC (Action Item)
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider a joint application for 1.) rezoning to reconfigure the RS-7 Single-Family & Two Family and REC Parks & Recreation, 2.) conditional use permit for Guest/Dude Ranch, and 3.) concept plan for a subdivision to create 8-lots on a 11.82-acre parcel located at 545 Victor Cemetery Rd, Victor, Idaho identified by parcel number: RPB00277000010. The property is zoned RS-7 Single-Family & Two Family and REC Parks & Recreation. The commission is a recommending body on the rezoning and the decisionmaker on the condition use permit and concept plan.
