   If you have not already, please take a moment to fill out the meeting attendance log. The City monitors attendance at our meetings to ensure equal opportunity as mandated by Title VI requirements.

ACTION ITEMS

1. Public Meeting: BP2024-05 – Site Plan and Design Review – Sherman Park – Snavely Group (Action Item)
   The commission will hold a public meeting to consider an application for Site Plan and Design Review.  
   
2. Work Session: Area of Impact Update and next steps
   The commission will hold a work session to discuss updates to the Area of Impact draft and outline next steps towards the adoption process.
   
3. Planning Department Updates
   
4. Calendaring: Next regular meeting will be Thursday, June 13, 2024. The May 16, 2024 regular meeting is here by cancelled.

• Make public comment ahead of the meeting by emailing planner@victoridaho.gov, or through specific information/directions provided in a public hearing notice.
• Victor City Hall located at 138 N Main Street, Suite 201, Victor, ID will be open to the public during the meeting, and public comments may be made in person.

Ways to listen:

• Planning and Zoning Commission meetings will be live-streamed through zoom . Active online-participation during the meeting will be limited to prescheduled visitors and presenters.
• Recordings of previous Planning & Zoning meetings on the City of Victor Vimeo channel .
