B. Public Hearing: LU2025-11 – Conditional Use Permit – 160 N. Agate – Walker (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing regarding an application for Conditional Use Permit for a Home Business to operate a hair salon from the applicant’s residence located at 160 N. Agate Ave. Victor, Idaho, identified is RPB0086001003B. The property is zoned RM-1 Residential Multifamily.

C. Public Hearing: LU2025-07 – Code Amendments LDC Articles 10 and 14 – City of Victor (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing regarding Code Text Amendments to the Land Development Code Articles 10 and 14. Summary of proposed amendments includes:

Article 10 Use Standards

Create use definitions for formula restaurant, formula retail, and grocery store, and allocate which zoning districts those uses are allowed or not allowed in. Remove the uses of Campground, travel trailer park, RV park and Seasonal Rental Cabin/ Recreational Park Trailer (RPT) Facility, and amend the standards so that the existing operations can continue but no new uses are allowed.

Article 14 Administrative

Clarification of the review and approval authorities for Site Plan and Design Review applications and amending the criteria of approval for Design Review to only address conformance with the Design Standards and Guidelines.

  • Make public comment ahead of the meeting by emailing planner@victoridaho.gov, or through specific information/directions provided in a public hearing notice.
  • Victor City Hall located at 138 N Main Street, Suite 201, Victor, ID will be open to the public during the meeting, and public comments may be made in person.

Ways to listen:

  • Planning and Zoning Commission meetings will be live-streamed through zoom . Active online-participation during the meeting will be limited agenda item presenters. Public comment is not allowed via zoom.
  • Recordings of previous Planning & Zoning meetings on the City of Victor Vimeo channel .

While there are not currently any openings on the Planning and Zoning Commission, the City is always looking to add to our list of interested residents that would like to serve. Please submit an application for consideration.
