A. Approval of Minutes from August 21, 2025 and September 18, 2025 (Action Item)

B. Public Hearing: LU2025-10 – Annexation/Rezone – South of 7000S between 500W & 1000W - City of Victor/Evans (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider a joint application for ANNEXATION of an 80.81-acre parcel located south of 7000S between 1000W and 500W, Victor, Idaho identified by parcel number: RP03N45E022400 and requesting REZONING of CIV Civic and Institutional on the western 40.4 acres and RS-16 Residential Single Family on the eastern 40.41 acres. The commission is the recommending body on this application.

C. Public Hearing: SD2025-10 – Preliminary Plat – 8470 S 1000 W – Cliffrose Management LLC (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider a preliminary plat application for a 37-lot subdivision to be located at 8470 S 1000 W. The property is zoned RS-5 Residential Single-Family and Two Family containing 9.64 acres, identified by parcel number: RPB3N45E102200. The commission is a recommending body on this application.

 D. Public Hearing: LU2025-12 – Rezoning to CX – 7895 HWY 33 – Peak Property Ventures LLC (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider a rezone map amendment to the CX-Commercial Mixed Use Zoning District at 7895 HWY 33, Victor, Idaho. The property is currently zoned CC-Commercial Corridor and RM-2 Residential Multi Family containing 8.37 acres, identified by parcel numbers: RPB3N45E028441, RPB3N45E028420, and RPB3N45E028435. The commission is a recommending body on this application.

The regular meetings scheduled for November 20 and December 18 are unlikely to take place unless there is an urgent matter. Official cancelations are posted approximately one week before the scheduled meeting date. Enjoy the Holidays and Happy New Year!

Ways to Participate:

  • Make public comment ahead of the meeting by emailing planner@victoridaho.gov, or through specific information/directions provided in a public hearing notice.
  • Victor City Hall located at 138 N Main Street, Suite 201, Victor, ID will be open to the public during the meeting, and public comments may be made in person.

Ways to listen:

  • Planning and Zoning Commission meetings will be live-streamed through zoom . Active online-participation during the meeting will be limited agenda item presenters. Public comment is not allowed via zoom.
  • Recordings of previous Planning & Zoning meetings on the City of Victor Vimeo channel .

While there are not currently any openings on the Planning and Zoning Commission, the City is always looking to add to our list of interested residents that would like to serve. Please submit an application for consideration.
