ACTION ITEMS

1. Approval of Minutes from July 16, 2024 and August 13, 2024 (Action Item)
2. Public Hearing: LU2024-09 – Annexation – 250 Aspen Street – Spencer Stewart (Action Item) The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an annexation application of a 5-acres parcel located at 250 Aspen Street identified by parcel number: RP03N45E110100. The commission is a recommending body on this application.
3. Interview of Marie Zolezzi   The commission will interview a candidate for an open commission seat.
4. Work Session: LU2024-03 –Code Amendment Article 2 and 8  – Moving Design requirements to Design Standards and Guidelines The commission with hold a work session to discuss which design elements of the Land Development Code should be moved to the Design Standards and Guidelines and have further discussion regarding some of the bulk and scale requirements of the LDC. 5. Planning Department Updates

Ways to Participate:

• Make public comment ahead of the meeting by emailing planner@victoridaho.gov, or through specific information/directions provided in a public hearing notice.
• Victor City Hall located at 138 N Main Street, Suite 201, Victor, ID will be open to the public during the meeting, and public comments may be made in person.

Ways to listen:

• Planning and Zoning Commission meetings will be live-streamed through zoom . Active online-participation during the meeting will be limited to prescheduled visitors and presenters.
• Recordings of previous Planning & Zoning meetings on the City of Victor Vimeo channel .

Planning and Zoning Commission is currently looking for interested residents that would like to serve. Please submit an application for consideration.
