1. Approval of Minutes from January 16, 2025 (Action Item)

1. Public Hearing: SD2024-14 – Concept Plan – South of Abby Loop -  AP Acquisitions (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a concept plan of a full subdivision to create 81 lots on a property that is 22.58 acres located south of Abby Loop and Trail Creek Drive, Victor, Idaho identified by parcel numbers: RPB00000114814 (14.71 acres) and RPB00000114816 (7.87 acres). The commission is the decisionmaker on this application.

1. Public Hearing: LU2025-03 – Code Text Amendment – Teton Valley Resort (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider a code text amendment of Section 10.9.13 of the LDC regarding Restaurants as an accessory use. The Commission is recommending body for this application.

1. Public Hearing: LU2025-04 – CUP Amendment – 1208 W HWY 31 – Teton Valley Resort (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to an approved conditional use permit (LU2021-03) to consider adjusting the condition of approval that limits the allowable space to be used for an accessory restaurant on a property is 15.33 acres located at 1208 W HWY 31, Victor Idaho identified by parcel number: RPB3N45E108202. The Commission is the decisionmaker on this application.

• Victor City Hall located at 138 N Main Street, Suite 201, Victor, ID will be open to the public during the meeting, and public comments may be made in person.

Ways to listen:

• Planning and Zoning Commission meetings will be live-streamed through zoom . Active online-participation during the meeting will be limited to prescheduled visitors and presenters.
• Recordings of previous Planning & Zoning meetings on the City of Victor Vimeo channel .
