  1. Approval of Minutes from March 21, 2024 meeting (Action Item)
  2. Public Hearing: LU2024-01 – Variances – 222 W Center Street – Love Family Trust (Action Item)
    The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for variances on a 1.26-acre parcel located at 222 W Center Street, Victor, Idaho identified by parcel numbers: RPB00870110291 & RPB00870110340. The commission is the decisionmaker on this application. The variances requested are: 1) variance from Trail Creek 100' riparian buffer and Tonks Canal 30' buffer (13.1.1), 2) variance from 15' max setback from Primary Street (4.6.3) 3) variance from 7' interior side setback due to location of City Sewer Main on property - no recorded easement (4.6.3) 4) variance from building facing Primary Street (7.02), 5) variance from maximum number of units in a row (8.9).
  3. Public Hearing: SD2024-02 – Short Plat – 381 N Agate Ave – Teton Valley Development Partners LLC (Action Item)
    The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a short plat to create no more than 5 new parcels on a 9.35-acre parcel located at 381 N Agate Ave, Victor, Idaho identified by parcel number:  RPB3N45E028410. The commission is the recommending body on this application.
