A. Approval of Minutes from December 18, 2025 (Action Item)

B. Public Hearing: SD2025-15 – Preliminary Plat – The Trails – AP Acquisitions LLC (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for preliminary plat to create a 83-lot subdivision on a 22.58-acre parcel located south of Abby Loop and Trail Creek Drive, Victor, Idaho identified by parcel numbers: RPB00000114814 & RPB00000114816. The property is zoned RM-1 Residential Multi Family. The commission is the recommending body on this application.

C. Public Hearing: SD2025-16 – Short Plat & LU2025-17 – Rezoning to RM2 and CX – Northwest corner of Baseline Road and HWY 33 – East Idaho Holdings LLC (Action Item)

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for short plat subdivision to create a 4-lot subdivision on 7.42-acre parcel located at the northwest corner of Baseline Road and Highway 33, Victor, Idaho identified by parcel number RP03N45E140011. The property is zoned RC Residential Cluster. The commission is the recommending body on this application.

WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:

  • Emailing planner@victoridaho.gov to make public comment ahead of the meeting, or through specific information/directions provided in a public hearing notice.
  • In person public comment can be made at Victor City Hall located at 138 N Main Street, Suite 201, Victor, ID
  • Public comment is not allowed via zoom. The Planning and Zoning Commission has chosen to not allow online public comments. They are an independent board with the ability to run their meetings as they choose.

WAYS TO LISTEN:

  • Planning and Zoning Commission meetings will be live-streamed through zoom . Active online-participation during the meeting will be limited agenda item presenters.
  • Public comment is not allowed via zoom.
  • Recordings of previous Planning & Zoning meetings on the City of Victor Vimeo channel .

While there are not currently any openings on the Planning and Zoning Commission, the City is always looking to add to our list of interested residents that would like to serve. Please submit an application for consideration.
