ACTION ITEMS

A. Approval of Minutes from January 22, 2026 and February 19, 2026 (Action Item)

 

B. Continued Item: Public Hearing: LU2025-14 Conditional Use Permit– 545 Cemetery Road – Sweet Hollow Farm LLC (Action Item)

Per the applicant's request this will be conditioned to the April 16, 2026 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at 7:00 PM.

C. Public Hearing: LU2026-01 Annexation & LU2026-02 Rezone – Birch to Baseline – D&B Partners LLC (Action Item)

The Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a joint application for annexation of 13.38 acres, located between Birch Street and Baseline Ave, Victor, Idaho identified by parcel numbers: RP03N45E110100 (5 ac.), RP03N45110500 (3 ac.), RP03N45E110400 (5.38 ac.) and requesting initial zoning of RS-3 Single & Two Family and RM-1 & RM-2 Residential Multi-Family. The Planning and Zoning Commission is the recommending body.

WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:

  • Emailing planner@victoridaho.gov to make public comment ahead of the meeting, or through specific information/directions provided in a public hearing notice.
  • In person public comment can be made at Victor City Hall located at 138 N Main Street, Suite 201, Victor, ID
  • Public comment is not allowed via zoom. The Planning and Zoning Commission has chosen to not allow online public comments. They are an independent board with the ability to run their meetings as they choose.

WAYS TO LISTEN:

  • Planning and Zoning Commission meetings will be live-streamed through zoom . Active online-participation during the meeting will be limited agenda item presenters.
  • Public comment is not allowed via zoom.
  • Recordings of previous Planning & Zoning meetings on the City of Victor Vimeo channel .

While there are not currently any openings on the Planning and Zoning Commission, the City is always looking to add to our list of interested residents that would like to serve. Please submit an application for consideration.
