NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Victor City Council will hold a public hearing at 138 N Main, Suite 201, Victor, Idaho, on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the following:

 

Public Hearing: LU2025-10 – Annexation/Rezone – South of 7000S between 500W & 1000W - City of Victor/Evans 

The Council will hold a public hearing to consider a joint application for annexation of an 80.81-acre parcel located south of 7000S between 1000W and 500W, Victor, Idaho identified by parcel number: RP03N45E022400 and requesting rezoning of CIV Civic and Institutional on the western 40.4 acres and RS-16 Residential Single Family on the eastern 40.41 acres. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the annexation and recommended CIV and RC zoning designations. Council is the decisionmaker on this application. 

 

Written comments may be submitted any time prior to the hearing by e-mail to planner@victoridaho.gov, or mailed to PO Box 122 Victor, ID 83455. Write comments received by 5:00pm on January 7, 2026, will be posted with the staff report. Write comments received after that will be shared with City Council but review cannot be guaranteed.   You may also present your comments in-person at the hearing January 14, 2026 at 6:00 PM, each person will be limited to no more than 3 minutes to speak. The Victor City Council is required to base its decision on the criteria located in Sec. 14.7.14.B (Annexation) and Section 14.7.12.B (Rezoning) For this reason, although feedback is welcome, public comment relating specifically to the criteria is what would be considered.
