PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Victor City Council, City of Victor, Idaho

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Victor City Council will hold a public hearing at 138 N Main, Suite 201, Victor, Idaho, on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the following:

Public Hearing: SD2025-10 – Preliminary Plat – 8470 S 1000 W – Cliffrose Management LLC

The commission will hold a public hearing to consider a preliminary plat application for a 37-lot subdivision to be located at 8470 S 1000 W, Victor, Idaho. The property is zoned RS-5 Residential Single-Family and Two Family containing 9.64 acres, identified by parcel number: RP03N45E022400. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the application. The Council is the decisionmaker for this application.

Public Hearing: LU2025-10 – Annexation/Rezone – South of 7000S between 500W & 1000W - City of Victor/Evans 

City Council has continued the public hearing to this meeting, to consider a joint application for ANNEXATION of an 80-acre parcel located south of 7000S between 1000W and 500W, Victor, Idaho identified by parcel number: RP03N45E022400 and requesting REZONING of CIV Civic and Institutional on the western 40 acres and RS-16 Residential Single Family on the eastern 40 acres. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the annexation and recommend CIV and RC zoning. The public comment portion of this hearing has been closed; the continuance is for Council deliberation and decision. The Council is the decisionmaker for this application.

The public is invited to attend and testify regarding the proposed action or written comment may also be submitted to the City. Please contact the City with any questions regarding the hearing or to request communication aids, services, or other accommodations to participate. The Council is the decisionmaker for all of these applications.
