NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Victor City Council will hold a public hearing at 138 N Main, Suite 201, Victor, Idaho, on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the following:
Public Hearing: Amendment to the Development Agreement for SD2022-07 Twin Slides
The Council will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to the development agreement for the preliminary plat approved on July 27, 2022 for phase one of the Twin Slides Subdivision. The development agreement was originally approved on November 9, 2022 for a full plat subdivision of 29 lots in the southwest part of the City of Victor at the easter end of Kylea Drive. The subject property is an approximate 9.22-acre part of the parcel identified by number RPB3N45E106001. The council is the decision maker. The amendments are only proposed to the construction completion date.
The public is invited to attend and testify regarding the proposed action or written comment may also be submitted to the City. Please contact the City with any questions regarding the hearing or to request communication aids, services, or other accommodations to participate.
