The City of Victor is a vibrant and dynamic city committed to providing exceptional services to its residents. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Solutions Representative to join our City Hall team. This role is at the forefront of our commitment to excellent customer service and community engagement.

Responsibilities/Class Summary and Primary Function:

As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will be stationed at the City Hall reception desk, serving as the first point of contact for residents, businesses, and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be managing customer relations, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all. Key responsibilities include:

Front Desk Management:

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.

Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about city services, events, and processes.

Customer Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with the community.

Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Collect and provide feedback to improve overall service delivery.

Cross-Departmental Support:

Collaborate with various city departments to provide administrative support as needed.

Assist with coordinating and organizing city events and initiatives.

Maintain knowledge of departmental functions to better assist visitors.

Flexibility and Adaptability:

Stay informed about changes in city policies, procedures, and services.

Adapt to evolving duties and responsibilities to meet the dynamic needs of the organization.

Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by the City Clerk.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using office software and phone systems.

Spanish and English Proficiency Preferred.

Specialized Licenses or Certifications

·         Valid Idaho Driver’s License, or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire

·         Capable of obtaining a Notary License within 3 months of hire
