NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS 2025-2026 (FY26) FOR CITY OF VICTOR

ORDINANCE O640

Pursuant to established procedure, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Victor City Council will hold a public

hearing for consideration of the proposed budget for the fiscal period October 1, 2025 to September 30,

2026, pursuant to the provisions of Section 50-1002, Idaho Code. Said hearing is to be held virtually by ZOOM

webinar and in person at 138 N Main, Unit 201, Victor, Idaho on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 beginning at

6:00 p.m.

HOW TO REVIEW & SUBMIT COMMENT

Information pertinent to this proposal is available for review at Victor City Hall and can be found on the City’s

website www.victoridaho.gov. During the hearing, the Mayor may impose reasonable time limits on the

statements given to assure completion of the meeting agenda. If you need communication aids, services or

other accommodations to participate, please call 208-270-2051 so we can adequately meet your needs.

Written comments must be received by 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Comments may be submitted

in writing to Victor City Hall, c/o Administration, P.O. Box 122, Victor, ID 83455 or via email to

treasurer@victoridaho.gov. Verbal and written comments will be heard during the public hearing.
