PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

City of Victor, Idaho
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Victor Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 138 N Main, Suite 201, Victor, Idaho, on Thursday, February 20, 2025, beginning at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the following:
Public Hearing: SD2024-14 – Concept Plan – South of Abby Loop - AP Acquisitions
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a concept plan of a full subdivision to create 81 lots on a property that is 22.58 acres located south of Abby Loop and Trail Creek Drive, Victor, Idaho identified by parcel numbers: RPB00000114814 (14.71 acres) and RPB00000114816 (7.87 acres). The commission is the decisionmaker on this application.
Public Hearing: LU2025-03 – Code Text Amendment – Teton Valley Resort
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider a code text amendment of Section 10.9.13 of the LDC regarding Restaurants as an accessory use. The Commission is recommending body for this application.
Public Hearing: LU2025-04 – CUP Amendment – 1208 W HWY 31 – Teton Valley Resort
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to an approved conditional use permit (LU2021-03) for an accessory restaurant, to consider adjusting the condition of approval that limits the allowable space to be used and grant an extension of time, on a property is 15.33 acres located at 1208 W HWY 31, Victor Idaho identified by parcel number: RPB3N45E108202. The Commission is the decisionmaker on this application.
The public is invited to attend and testify regarding the proposed action or written comment may also be submitted to the City. Please contact the City with any questions regarding the hearing or to request communication aids, services, or other accommodations to participate.
