Special Event Information

Victor code requires that any person or group planning to hold a “Special Event” must first obtain a permit. A special event is a preplanned single gathering, event, or series of related gatherings of events temporary in nature held in or upon property owned by the City of Victor.

A special event has the following criteria:

• Any special event that request s or is any event which meets any one of the is determined to require services of City personnel or equipment and/or medical or security presence, or
• Any special event that requests exception from City of Victor Municipal Code, or
• Any special event that includes the erection of structures that may or may not need to be secured to the ground including but not limited to tents, inflatables, or displays, excluding tables and chairs, or
• Any special event that consists of 250 or more people.

SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT WEB FORM

This permit certifies that the licensee is entitled to hold and use this Idaho Liquor Catering Permit at the above designated premises, subject to all the provisions of Title 23, including those of Chapter 934A regarding Alcohol Catering Permits. The advice and recommendation of the Sheriff is required to approve this Permit.

This document is required to be printed off and signed by the Teton County Sheriff.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CATERING PERMIT

This form helps the City regulate the issuance of Special Event Permits and park shelters and field space reservations, and requires persons wishing to hold a special event or reserve a park shelter or field space to: (1) indemnify the City of Victor for any injuries and damages caused by the event; and (2) agree to reimburse the City of Victor for City service expenses incurred in conjunction with the Special Event

INDEMNIFICATION, RELEASE, AND REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT

This form is required for any applicant wishing to use City borrowed property for any event.
