New Park Reservation Process

The City of Victor is updating its park reservation process and related policies to improve park management and ensure consistency with upcoming changes to the Victor Municipal Code.

Small Gatherings

Small, informal gatherings no longer require a reservation through the City and will not be scheduled or tracked by City staff. These activities may use park facilities on a first-come, first-served basis and do not guarantee exclusive use of any park area.

A reservation, permit, or additional City approval may be required for activities that:

  • Request exclusive use of a park or park facility- (Leagues will be required)
  • Include large organized gatherings or public events.
  • Require street closures or traffic control.
  • Use amplified sound or temporary structures.
  • Include vendors, food service, alcohol, or commercial activities.
  • Require City staff support, utilities, or other City resources.
  • May impact public safety, parking, or normal park operations.
  • Are subject to permitting requirements or restrictions outlined in the Victor Municipal Code.
