NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Victor Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 138 N Main, Suite 201, Victor, Idaho, on Thursday, March 20, 2025, beginning at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the following:
Public Hearing: SD2025-02 – Concept Plan – 8460 S 1000 W - Cliffrose Management LLC
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a concept plan of a full subdivision to create 38 lots on a property that is 9.64 acres located at 8460 S 1000 W, Victor, Idaho identified by parcel numbers: RPB3N45E102200. The commission is the decisionmaker on this application.
Public Hearing: SD2025-04 – Plat Amendment – Summit Subdivision - Trail Creek West LLC
The commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a plat amendment of the Summit Subdivision to create one additional lot within the development. The current lot is 7.29 acres located at the east end of Bighorn Trail, Victor, Idaho identified by parcel numbers: RPB07500000010. The applicant is requesting to separate the lot into two parcels both approximately 3.6 acres in size. The commission is the recommending body on this application.
The public is invited to attend and testify regarding the proposed action or written comment may also be submitted to the City. Please contact the City with any questions regarding the hearing or to request communication aids, services, or other accommodations to participate.
