Notice of Public Hearing for Water Study Findings

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 TO PRESENT THE WATER STUDY FINDINGS FOR THE CITY OF VICTOR

Public Hearing: March 12, 2025, at 6:00 pm to be held before the Victor City Council, in the City Council Chambers of the City Hall at 138 N. Main St., Suite 201, Victor, Idaho, for Keller Associates to present the water study findings for the City of Victor, Teton, Idaho. At such hearing the City Council will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to the findings of the water study as presented by Keller Associates, Inc. The City Clerk will also accept written and emailed comments at City Hall prior to 5:00 p.m. on March 12, 2025. They may be mailed to City of Victor, Attn: City Clerk, PO Box 122, Victor, ID 83445, emailed to michelles@victoridaho.gov, or turn it into the City Clerk’s office at 138 N. Main St., Victor, ID 83445. This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-5221 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
