Victor Invites Public Input on Future Wastewater Agreement with Driggs

VICTOR, Idaho (Oct. 21, 2026)—As the cities of Victor and Driggs work toward a new long-term wastewater agreement, the City of Victor invites residents and ratepayers to share their priorities through a brief online straw poll.

The three-minute poll asks participants what matters most to them in the future of wastewater service, including affordable and predictable rates, clean water protection, capacity for future growth, financial transparency, and Victor’s role in major decisions affecting the system.

The City is evaluating different approaches to its future relationship with Driggs, including a revised wastewater service agreement or a shared governance arrangement.

“Before we make decisions that will affect our community for decades, we want to better understand what our residents and ratepayers value most,” said Mayor Sue Muncaster. “Their priorities should help inform our conversations with Driggs.”

The straw poll is informal and is not a scientific survey or binding vote. Results will help the City Council better understand community priorities as conversations continue.

The poll is open through October 31, 2026.
